7 days to open account

I has taken FNB seven days to open an account on line after it is advertised it takes less than 10 minutes and the only reason it is now open is i have been calling everyday to get it sorted out. no one from FNB bothed to call me and let me know the statuas of the account. i am not going to hold my breath while waiting for a response as FNB just dont care about responding or new clients
