Last week sometime I got a call from someone named Vanessa Crowe, who claimed to be working with Absa. I explained everything to her and she promised to help. She told me everything has been sorted out and there won't be any unauthorized transactions on my account. A day later there was one of those transactions, and I sent her a email as she gave it to me to contact her as soon as it happens. She didn't respond to my mails until I sent one mail to [Email Removed] I got a response from someone asking me who Vanessa was. I asked them to help, but up until now, now show. That's Absa for you!! I will never expect anything good from them, ever!
