Pathetic Customer Service

Purchased a canon printer on the 2 March 2013 only to discover that it was defective, took it back on the 6th March 2013, after a wait the sales man Gilbert was called he spoke to my husband to gain clarity on the problem. He confirmed defect and a credit was issued. I was in my lunch hour and already had to wait for app 45 mins. I Then made my way to get another canon printer but before i walked out i wanted it tested. I asked Mohamed Rahim to please locate Gilbert as he knows where the problem with the previous one laid and would assist more speedily with the testing of the new printer. Mohamed called Gilbert who refused to come. Already late i asked for the manager Jcques Delport, he was upstairs and mohamed said his on his way, after app 20 mins of waiting for Jacque, Mohamed called him again, i spoke to him and he said his around the corner, i explained the problem and his staff (Gilberts) attitude, he did not firstly apologise for him being late nor his staff not willing to help, infact when i was done explaining he got onto the phone and walked away, Thanks to Johan Pieterse and Mohamed Rahim i walked out with a tested printer albeit late and dissappointed in the Jacques and Gilberts.
