Don't expect these people to call you/nor feedback

I am trying to get my ITC report out off these people since August. First my emails to Gilbert Naidoo were ignored, eventually when he came back to me now I must phone a call centre number and hold on in a que forever. All my emails was sent to Gilbert as well as the call centre and Carol Teen, don't they phone poeple back if someone request an ITC.These people is also suppose to know me by know as this isn't the first time that I requested a report also Gilbert phone me a few times on my cell
The moment you query these people your emails are ignored, I have requested them to get a Director to call me but I am still waiting. Why is IDS the only company that is full of nonsence as the other places like Experian has already privide me with a report
