I refer to my compain on this site on the 9/9/13 and feedback on off supplier on 16/9/13 that is stating my compain is unjistified
Is a compain unjistified when a company like this informed you incorrect, I was given a tel no to call to get my report if I did than I would have wasted my time as I can't get a report, why didn't the staff member (Gilbert) informed me about this before he gave me a tel no to call. Also Gilbert's manager (Hayden) wasn't sure about the date.
The Manager (Hayden) is so rude that he doesn't give me time to talk as he keeps on interrupting me when I want to talk
I have requested a director to call me and I am still waiting and all emails are ignored.
I would like to know why 1 credit Berau is like XDS refuse to help although the others like Transunion does understand my circumstances hasds already sent me a new report. Experian has also sent me a new report and I followed the same procedures as with XDS by sending them an email and they immediately replied, XDS on the other hand refer mev from Pillar to post without givingt me the correct info right from the beginning
