I processed a vehicle claim with Regent for the first time and it has been an absolute dreadful experience. They are extremely difficult to get hold of, they do not phone back when they say they will the call center girls are impolite and very unprofessional and just as a whole slow and uninterested. I posed a question to them with regards to the claim and the situation surrounding the accident which they never bother to reply to. I spoke to three different call center agent each of them promised to phone me back with information which still did not happen.
