No Accountability and complete incompetance

Over three years ago FNB was appointed executor of my dads estate and they have still not managed to resolve their own stuff up. I have mentioned before but perhaps FNB should stop worrying about the activities of their competitors and start focusing on their own customers. I have asked for the Director of operations of the department to contact me, no one bothers, I asked for his / her contact details, in plain English, after stating CLEAR AS DAY, I am not interested in the branch managers details since he has received my complaint before and not bothered to come back to me, not only that, how much of a manager can he be since a very simple estate drag on for this long. But still the matter gets referred to the branch manager and I get given his contact details again. What is it that BEEPING FNB can't get rite?
