In dealing with a matter of my account, I am pleased to report that the staff dealing with inquiries and consultants were both friendly and efficient in their work despite the number of customers. They offered advice beyond what I was looking for, as well as helped plan for the future. In all honesty, I felt like a valued customer of a business and not a customer of a detached corporate system.
