Poor service, think twice b4 u switch

I write whilst i am sitting in the q at fnb... I arrived at 820 before the bank opened, i have more than 6 accounts and need to close 2 of them
As i entered the to follow the q i informed anusha that i am here to close accounts i am then seated, people arrive after me and are sent to open accounts, i am then told that only 2 consultants can close the accounts and that the people allowed ahead of me where at the bank yesterday and did not have all their docs and therefore did not have to follow the q... U decide i this fair, i moved from standard bank and ind visits to any fnb branch a long tedious process, their q's dont seem to move and often ppl not in the q are allowed to straight to consultants
Before u change banks and fall for excellent marketing tactics don't b a victim .. Stick with the bank that treats u with the respect u deserve
