TERRIBLE SERVICE

I applied for a Samsung Tab online on 8 May 2013. Since the application went in, I got no feedback from the bank. Not in writing or by phone. I phoned 5 times to a number I had to obtain from my bank manager. Every time you are asked: ID, home address, telephone number etc. Many a time the person on the line can"t help and you get transferred and you must answer all the security questions again. The first three calls were to no avail as they could not tell me anything about my application. The fourth time I was simply told the application was declined. No reason - nothing. I have two business accounts, a platinum account, a home loan, two savings accounts for my children as well as a lease agreement with the bank. If that does not qualify me to buy a tablet, then I don't know.
