I've got a policy with Virgin Insurance. I got a call from a panel-beater to repair my car this morning, they could only schedule my car in for next Thursday (07/11/2013), which is ridiculous because I took my car in 2 weeks ago already to get assessed. Anyway, I managed to organize a booking for tomorrow with Renew It in Sandton. I called and Phindile took my call as my consultant was unavailable, and she managed to get the car authorized, and managed to organize for it to be towed to the repair shop in no time, keeping me in the loop with an email trail. Also the way she explained everything to me on the phone was highly professional and top notch. I really appreciated the service from her and the way she handled everything. Again thank you very much Phindile. Lets hope the service from the panel-beaters will be as good as hers.
