On the 26th of October I stopped at Sasol Chloorkop to fill my car with R 362, 40, payment went off and I received an sms, and this morning again another sms for R 362, 40 and it also went off and I wasnt near that garage.
I phoned in the call centre, for customer service! What a joke. I HAD TO HOLD ON FOR 30 MINUTES!!! Now you are telling me that it only went off once on your system, if it went off once my F account wouldnt be on R 0.00 because there was money in my account yesterday and this morning!!!
Now I have to pull statements and. I wont be pulling any statements as this is a fault on your side.
I have received the same service from FNB and Nedbank and that is why I have closed my accounts with them, and came to Capitec, but looks like I will be receiving the same service.
You have 24hours to reverse this payment or I will be handing this over to my attorneys.
