For more than a year, I have been complaining about the functionality of the Standard Bank Itrade platform. Since they "updated" the software to work with their SAP systems, Itrade continually loses outward payment beneficiary details.
No amount of people I have been sent to are able to offer any resolution and at this juncture they have stopped even responding to emails.
Even their relationship managers (which change so often I've lost count) are unable to address this problem.
As it is iTrade is rubbish. As soon as one of their competitors (which clearly know about this frustration and have thus been calling offering their solution) gives me the same functionality without this constant problem, I am moving away from Standard Bank.
