I took out service plan with liquid capital when I bought my car in 2010, which I renewed when it expired due to their excellent service or so I thought. This morning I took my car in for service and the dealership calls me to say liquid capital won't give authorisation for payment cause I missed the last service. My car has not been in use for a year and just started screaming service due now (105 000km) only to be told that they will only pay for the next service of 120 000km or in June/July when it should actually go in for service. I don't suppose that I'm expected to wait that long for the next service or service it now and again in June/July as expected, who services their car every six months? or I will get told of non payment again. Thank you liquid capital for teaching me a lesson, never again will I take stupid policies just cause its convenient, I would rather save my money and pay out of my own pocket. You just lost a client and to think that I used to recommend you to friends. Oh and you can scream as much as you like to speak to a manager, the Alicia's at customer service will not put you through that's if one does exist.
