My wife was involved in an accident in April 2011 where the vehicle was written off. The opposing party was not willing to accept involvement and used many devious options to evade being brought to book. The insured amount was settled MINUS the access that is normally held back in such cases. It was the perseverence of one Octavia from the Cape Town office that eventually led to the opposing party coming forward and resulting in my receiving the access back.
