I have repeatedly tried to update my policy online without success (I am getting errors). I have logged contact messages and MiWay has returned my calls twice out of the four or five times a logged request. Each time they phoned me they tell me that they cannot access my policy as I am editing it and I have to log out. When I am not logged in at all.
When I was called the second time round the MiWay representative told me that it will work now and that I can update my policy online.
Tried again, but I am still not able to update my policy.
