I have called Mi way 5 times since the 20th of December 2012 trying to terminate my policy. The Senior Cosultants keep on advising that they will call back namely: Sharon, Faith and another consultant. A month later I am still being debited for a car that I dont have and when I call through they say no Senior Advisors are at work to assist me, such a huge organisation doesnt have one person that can assist me. I have been a client with miway for 4 Years and have never experianced such terrible service from consultants... Really leaves a Bad Taste.
