I had a huge complaint with regards to my premium which had increased twice since August and was due to be increased again. I called midway a few times and was growing extremely frustrated because the consultants were not resolving my complaint. Eventually I was assisted by the 3rd consultant, Mary who then put me through to the senior consultant Thapelo Masinga who went the extra mile to assist and resolve my problem. I now pay a lower premium and he provided me with his direct contact details for future dealings. Thank you to Thapelo I will remain a miway client and will not be looking for another insurance company! Well done he is an asset to Miway!!
