A few weeks ago I called ABSA to cancel my credit card since I was not using it and they kept charging me monthly fees on it. They told me that i shouldn't cancel it and they will waive the monthly charges and I will not pay any monthly fees. To my surprise, I checked my bank statement and they have debited my account with the monthly charges. They and mislead me!!! I called them today and told them to close the account and they are still coming up with stories telling me I should call them on the 31st of October. PLEASE CLOSE THAT CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT!!!
