This has been my first claim ever and to be really honest I has been anything but pleasant!

My car has been at the panel beater for 10 weeks now, have got 3 courtesy cars in the time since I took my car to the garage (one was given by the insurance).. Every time the inconvenience of having to collect the courtesy car, return the car, fill up all tanks again - having to leave work early or arrive late and that all in the first weeks of the year, giving a deposit to Tempest car hire and making sure that all is in order when returning the courtesy car and then to find out that I have been charged for an extension and fuel charges due to a lack of communication from Regent! I have requested a callback many many times, and what is the solution?? I had to call tempest myself a couple of times, again, waste of my time and money! On top of all of this, I missed out on a terrific deal to trade my car in as I was told that the panel beater would take 10/15 working days to finish up my car? Story goes on and on and on! Even logged a complaint at Regent and suggested a solution, they don't even bother to answer their phones nor email me back! i am sick of this!
