I would like to compliment Nomandla Ndlovu from FNB Premier Banking for the excellent service she has provided me as my Premier Banker. Whenever I make a request related to banking services, she is quick to respond - either with an answer to my query or to inform me that she is investigating and will get back to me. In the latter case, I never have to follow up as I rest assured that she will get back to me within a 24 hour period.
If only other service providers could be half as good as her, we would all have a more positive attitude towards service in this country.
