I bought a Smart phone from FNB an IPhone for my son for his birthday. Then I contacted FNB to find out if the phone was insured and if It would be replaced. I even sent an affidavit from the Police Station but up to date there is no response.

Instead I received an sms due to non payment. What service is that, am still waiting for the response and the worse part is you can see the mails are read but you will never get a response.

Please advise what do I do? the last email I sent was 23/09/2013.
