WHAT IS SO HARD ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE?

On 10/01/2013 I bought an E-Health Cigarette online from Groupon. Paid for it the same day, but wanted to change delivery address and advise that payment had been made from my maiden name account. Email sent 11/01/2013 - no response received. I then again sent a follow-up mail on 15/01/2013 requesting feedback. Response received from Waseema on 17/01/2013O.P. which I dually sent through. No further response received. Sent reminder mails 18/01/2013; 21/01/2013 - nothing! Lowisa (not sure how to spell the name), but this gentleman told me that he had spoken to Waseema and that Management had not yet approved the refund of my money. He advised me that it had been taking far too long for response/feedback and that he had told Waseema of such., and advised that it would get sorted out immediately. No response/no calls/no feedback since. Sent mails again 24/01/2013 - nothing. I want my money back and I want it transferred back into my account TODAY! This is disgusting service from them
