A Chubb vehicle drove into the back of me on the 04th June 2013.
On the 14th June I was told to contact Elize at Lawcor regarding my accident. I eventually got a claim number on the 18th June 2013 from Lawcor CH087/13. I sent numerous e-mails to find out what is happening with payment for my vehicle, but I never received a response, they would read my e-mails but didn't even bother to return a mail.
I kept on sending e-mails everyday to find out about the progress of the payment, yet again no response.
5th July 2013 I received a e-mail from Elize stating funds have been requested from Chubb and they are awaiting payment.
12 July 2013 My mother called Elize at she had asked her to please advise what is happening with the payment for my vehicle. She knew exactly who I was as Elize said oh the Lady that keeps on e-mailing everyday. She started screaming at my mother over the phone, did not even give her a chance to speak. She said that they DO NOT have time to follow up on payment, they are waiting for the client and slammed the phone down. Today 02 Aug 13 still no payment has been made. Lawcor are very arrogant and disgusting people and no one should do business with them.
