House burgled on the 17th, spoke to Tebogo Monama, Extremely slow response time and then was caught inbetween her and the comapny that needed to do repairs as there was communication failure. My drive way gate rail is still not repaired even though I paid the excess. Assessor came out, goods was valued around R41k, he stated that we we underinsured for household as were at R100K. He took out photos of everything and stated that we should adjust our content cover to R187K and took receipts of the stuff that were > I know find out that as per my policy you guys will be paying back an average for the contents and have filetered in the assessor's new content total of R187K, why when my initial cover would have covered the cost anyway and I could have adjusted my content cover moving forward. I guess looking for cheaper insurance is not the way to go and am extremely dissapointed after 5/6 years of good service, I feel let down when I really need you. Please send assessor before people insure with you so people are not caught out, I bought coffee and new plates over the weekend, you might want to add that on for extra cover. I will be looking to leave really soon.
