Claim amount not fully paid - Policy undercove

On the 10/03/2013 there was a burglary at my house & my 119cm lcd tv, htc cellphone & dvd player was and i call my Miway to report the incident and they send assessor to my house just to inform me that i was undercover after spending hour & half, adding all household content from beddings, curtains, and kids clothing et.. you name them and came to an unrealistic amount just to inform us we are undercover and the full amount of the goods will not be paid out. I'm very dissapointed at Miway the way they handle the matter coz first of all when i take up the household content the agent/consultant give me only minutes to come up with a cover amount while on the phone, not informing or providing me with the same list that the assessor use to add up all the important goods in the house or why did they not send the assesor the time i took the policy to do the valuation of all household content and to inform or to confirmed the cover amount hence i did not know what will be cover. Is it one of the mind games that Miway is playing, very angry, & dissappionted client. Need positive feedback. claim number 441895
