Opened an account over the phone and i asked if i can bring a COPY of my rental agreeement. They said it would be fine. Then the day i went in i phoned the Richardsbay branch to ask if my card is ready for collection and if it would be fine bringning a COPY of my rental agreement and yet again the said it would be fine. When i arrived there with my COPY of rental agreement they did not approve it because it was a copy, and there was a cellphone number ammended on the contract but the owner of the house we renting from did sign above the ammended part. but still it was not approved. now i want to know why i get the approval twice from 2 different FNB branches but when im physically there i get denied. i am really upset and will not recommemd anybody to the FNB Richards Bay branch!
