FNB your banking is going down the drain

I logged on my online banking on the 25.10 i did my payments once i tried to do a once off payment i was logged out when i tried to re-enter the details an error message saying i logged in 3 times and my account was locked, this morning i tried to reset and i couldnt, im not comfortable with entering my pin number online, anyway i called the call centre, the voice recording says that if you want an agent to assist you... you will pay R52 what is that dont we pay enough service fees, also now i changed my details why the must we add a special character to the password, WHO THE IS GOING TO REMEMBER THAT, the agent said that i must go to the bank and sort it out there... I DONT THINK FNB SHOULD USE THERE CATCH LINE AS 'HOW CAN WE HELP YOU" I'm just not impressed!!!
