Wow what a brillient and efficient employee, she understood my evry need and question and went that extra mile to find the information I required, she also stated its not in my policy and she emailed me a copy of it.
I truly wish there was more people like her there I can really confess that I got value for money if I was her team leader I'll give her an accolade for outstanfing achievement for the manner, efficiency and politeness she shared with me oh and of course a pleasent voice.
