Hi am so disappointing in African Bank, i called 3 weeks back asking them to skip a debit order for this month and made arrangements to pay it next month, the consultants said that it was done on the 25th they debited my account after making the arrangements, i called again and spoke to a gentlemen who said that he will process a refund for me till today i have not received any feed back from them, so i called AGAIm and they said that i must just wait as these things take time
Please process this ASAP
