So my husband changed to KingPrice from Dial Direct this year when he purchased a 2013 Renault Sandero Stepway. Service was excellent at sales stage so we subsequently moved our other vehicle as well. The rates was so good that 3 friends changed their insurance to KingPrice. They in the process of now moving back to their old insurers shocked by the delayed, lackadaisical service we receiving. I mean I went as far as sending an email to the claims administrator, claims manager and even the sales consultant on the 24 Oct-13 at 9:47am. NO ONE HAS RESPONDED!!! This car is 5 months old with a front smash and nobody can tell us if it is being repaired, written off or what the progress is. It too Kingprice a whole week to get the vehicle from the tow storage. For me that's already a serious issue. The vehicle should have at least been removed within 24 hours of the claim. Cheaper is not always better. I can assure you one should rather pay the little extra and invest in reputable companies for insurance as you are guaranteed the best service. All these small companies popping up just sounds good when they selling the insurance to you. "ROYAL SERVICE" very very far from it
