REVERSAL OF DEBIT ORDER DECLINED

A SERVICE PROVIDER STARTED DEBITING DOUBLE ON MY BANK ACCOUNT, WENT TO CAPITEC TO ASK FOR AT LEAST ONE OF THE DEBITS TO BE REVERSED AS IT WOULD CRIPPLE ME FOR THE REST OF THE MONTH, MY REQUEST WAS DECLINED. HAVE BEEN LIVING ON BORROWING AND PAYING PEOPLES MONEY FOR 3 MONTHS NOW. WHY CANT YOU JUST WELL CHARGE ME FOR THE REVERSAL OF THE DEBIT ORDER? THIS IS APPARENTLY A NEW SYSTEM, OF WHICH THEY DIDN'T BOTHER ADVERTISING IN ADVANCE OR LETTING PEOPLE KNOW WHAT WAS COMING...

HURT, BROKE AND CHANGING BANKS ASAP.
