I receive at least three sms messages per week from this supplier stating that I owe the SABC TV Lic dept money. I have called them and also answered their calls but they seem to have problems understanding that I do not owe the SABC a dime. They called my daughter and stated that I gave her up as a reference with her telephone number. The date stated was when my daughter was only ten years old and not in possession of a cell phone. This is a blatant lie. I have an e-mail stating that they acknowledge that an affidavit was sent to the SABC but now they want a new one. I have been working abroad for the past eight years. I want this company to stop harassing me. I do not owe anyone money. Get me off your books immediately. Also ask the person that called me when I was on vacation in South Africa to learn some telephone manners and not to speak over me when I am talking. Your company has no idea of how to work with clients. One more thing... You told my daughter that I need to resend the original affidavit to you but looks like you do not know that the law requires me to keep original documents such as that for five years. I have been abroad for eight years.
