Have received harassing sms's from NuDebt, alleging that I owe R4390.60 in arrears on SABC TV licence fees, Ref. 358509479.
I have never owned a TV. I hired a TV from Teljoy in the 1980's. Teljoy had an arrangement regarding the licencing of hired TV's. An affidavit was sent to the SABC stating this.
I am now 70 years old, have a chronic medical condition which requires daily medication. As I am struggling to survive on a small pension, I have moved in with a friend, and find this harassment extremely painful, and damaging to my already failing health
