SABC DOES NOT COMMUNICATE!!

Previously (1997-2007) SABC took 10 years to sort out their problem. I now want to avoid the same trauma as then. I attempted to speak to Awauh, to no avial. After numerous e: mails and phone calls I have not benefitted. Below a list of info:
7 Mar 2012 - I e: mailed SABC to inform that I do not have a TV set anymore. No response.
27 Jan 2013 - I e: mailed an affidavit on request
07 Feb 2013 - I responded to F Awauh - no reply from him, he does not take calls
11 Feb 2013 - I approached Pearl Seopela via e: mail, was ignored
22 Feb 2013 - SABC requested an affidavit
26 Feb 2013 - I replied, said I have sent it already - no response
27 Mar 2013 - SABC notification that I was handed over
Please, maybe just maybe they will respond when you contact them. I am not going to get another TV set. The day that I am dead I do not want my children to deal with these people as per my exeriences. SABC owes me money!!!
