Frustratingly useless

My car was hit from behind on 24/09 at a traffic light, by an AF client. I am not insured. I tried contacting AF via one of their '086' numbers displayed online no answer for 15mins until the call would be dropped. I tried for 2 days, no answer. I then contacted the AF client and asked her for a contact or somebody that deals with her policy. Of which she gave me details for Leonard Nkgwe. I emailed him 08/10 and had no reply for 2 days again. I then phoned and spoke to him and only then did he find my email. He passed me on to Helen Mackay. He had forwarded all the details of the accident and my claim to her, who sent me an email explaining what is needed. And I sent everything through to her. I have emailed Helen twice asking how far AF is with my claim and all I get is a brief reply stating that the matter has been handed over to their legal department and that they will be contacting me.
It is today the 25th of October 2013 and I am still in the position I was after the accident. I have had absolutely no communication from AF since and am at my wit's end.
Please Help me.
