Claim against M&F client - no joy with M&F

My wife was involved in an accident involving one of your clients on the 17th of May 2013. Your client refused to give me his insurance details. I had a call for a broker stating that M&F will be contacting us to get our side of the story, to date this has not happen. Why I would think is because M&F and the broker have realised that their client was in the wrong and our damage huge compared to his.

Your clients claim that my wife was on her cell is absolutely!!! Your client pulled out of a parking in a one-way without checking traffic crossing the one-way legally.

Sent an email to three M&F call centre email addresses got a reply saying that your clients damage has been fixed, I then replied stating that I already knew this and that we are of the intention of claiming damages from him, which could not be done up to this point because they have refused to give their details.

Looking forward to hearing for you soonest, if not I'll go the ombudsman route.
