I have a loan by you guys and the debit orders are set for the 27th of each month, but you guys take it at any day of the month, whenever you like en where ever! That is not the kind of service I expected. I have other money I get during the month, and yet you guys have failed me. How should I live? and when I phone you guys I get rude people or people that's not willing to help me or co-operate! I have to live too and you guys just go ahead and take the money at anytime even when I made arrangements, so how do you guys expect me to trust you if no one helps me?
