POOR SERVICE

FNB causing unnecessary delay in transfer of property. Trying to get bond cancelled but lack of action by FNB/its appointed cancellation attorneys is causing unnecessary delays and putting property various transactions at risk.
Email queries sent to:
1) the so-called "private banker"
2) FNB Private Clients helpdesk
3) FNB Home Loan
4) FNB Private Clients service suite
5) Complaints section on FNB website
No response received from any of the above avenues, apart from an automated reply.

The last time I had a query it took a week for any response, which was merely an acknowledgment.

This is from FNB's Private Banking, where serive is supposed to be better than elsewhere. Imagine how the rest of FNB's customer base gets treated.
