I wrote a written request to cancel my policy on 02 July 2013 and on 19 July I received an sms confirming that my Avbob policy was cancelled. Today I see on my bank account that Avbob has gone ahead and debited my account for the same policy that I cancelled; I am not happy with this and I want my money back in my account. Avbob should not debit my account again.
