I been contacting the branch at Gandhi Square to check if my application has been finalised. I established that one of the debtors was still not paid. For the past 4 days I have been contacting your office at Gandhi Square to follow up on the progress of the application I was advice that there was a problem but I was fixed so Standard should have the money by Friday. I contacted Standard Bank today and they don't have the money. I contacted your branch and spoke to Kate who promised to follow up with head office and call me back at 10:30am, well I did not receive the call. I contacted your Head Office and spoke to Justin who advised that the Standard bank account number was captured incorrectly, he confirmed the correct account number and promised to escalate matter to the Finance Department.

I don't understand why the account number was incorrect if your office has a copy of the Bank statement?
The service I have received up to thus far is pathetic - if you promise to call a client back - call-back.
Are the people at the branches using a different system from head office, the information I received from Justin is different from what I have been told by the branch. Why is that?
