I informed Hyper Car, The private guy who refered me to hyper car. Hyper car could not take the car back as it was brought by private person. The private person loughed at me and said nothing can be done cause I signed the documents already. Even if I can bring the car to him the bank we held me responsible for it. I were to ABSA branch in Ermelo The gave me vehicle finance number. I called It and the promised to send someone to help me In cancellatIon of the contract. While the bank delayed I called the ombudsman and wrote a complaIn. The matter delayed on both the bank and the ombuds. I left the car where HYPER CAR said I must do a quotation after some tIme and I left the car there sInce then. In January ABSA came with cancellation document I sIgned, I showed them the car. How did a bank finance an accident damaged car? Now I must pay the storage fees and the scrab car I never drove even a month. I can pay the storage until 5-01-2013. Not that scrab car wich is worse than a R13000 car I bought
