Decline home application

After reading about "FurtherAdvance" on your website, we decided to apply for an additional amount on our bond in order to improve our home. I was told I will get a feedback before the end of the week if my application is successful or not so I waited paciantly with no vail until now I have decided to give them a call. To my suprise they decided to decline my application the reason being I owe Telkom which to me is a as I dont owe telkom a cent as far as I know and they told me that I sould find independent evaluator to evaluate my house. I dont want to go to other banks as I am under impression that I will get all the services that my bank offers because my credit profile is clear. FNB is being nagging me to bank with them for some time now, I think they will do a better job. I am upset that they didnt have a decency to call me to tell me about their poor decision.
