FNB, Declined my home loan for no reason

I would love to say this is the worst service I have received from a bank, a week back I received the worst service at FNB Sunnyside now I received a bad service from their home loan department. Me and my spouse first went to apply for the home loan I think around June-July which understandably they decline because my spouse was blacklisted because somebody had used her ID to open an account but we had since went back and clarify that with the store concerned and fixed the issue and it was declared her name was cleared, so last week we went back to FNB and they again declined the application and this time saying according to Experian I have a problem on my credit profile. But I have called Experian myself and they told me that my credit record is clear and I don't have any bad record that can make FNB to decline my application. I have been in contact with a lady by the name of Carol Refilwe Madisha who has explained things that are not clear to me. I cant believe they FNB always say "How can we help you" in their adverts but since i've became an FNB account holder they have not helped me with anything. I even requested to be called wit regards to overdraft, they didnt.
