Poor customer service

I wanted to do instant money transfer urgently and was receiving an error message. Called the customer care was transferred from pillar to post (and it is a chargeable call).no could assist me.so now I'm stuck at work cant go to the bank. I am really frustrated. Why cant some just assist instead of transferring. So How is this simpler for me?
