On 06 December i contacted the Standard Bank Call centre to assist me with a query, i was on the line for 20 mins and went through 4 different consultants, none of whom were able to assist me. I ended the call and called again twice and i was still not assisted! Each time a consultant said that he/she would transfer me to the sales department and each time i was transferred to the incorrect department. The customer service is really disappointing!
