WHAT HAPPENED TO SERVING A CLIENT

I went to Standard bank branch and was informed to call the customer service to change the debit order date from the 15th to the 20th. On the 15th a debit order went thru and Returned with bank charges of R115. I then called Standardbank where i was refered from pillar to post to make a payment. Eventually when i was transferred to a consultant she asissted me but said she wont be able to assist me to do the internet transfer she will have to transfer me to her IT department. I requested for her IT dept to call me seeing that i have been trying to get hold of them for almost the whole morning, her response ' WE DONT DO CALLBACK REQUEST" and after doing the payment i need to call them the next day to re- instate my debit order. I send a complaint via standard bank website, still waiting for a response. I went to the bank on Saturday and made a payment and was informed I have been handed over, can you believe this pathetic service. I was given the branch manager's nr and i've been trying to call him/her the whole monring and the number is constantly engaged. Is this service? Is this the way they treat customers, So dissapointed in Standardbank. I always thought they were the best.
