I've request Absa bank telephonically and I completed forms in Secunda branch to change my debit order date with 3 days. Nothing happen after my telephone call and after the documentation in the branch, it was fixed for 1 month and back to the old date. It create a bad record for my FNB account. The DO reverse as I did not left funds as the DO was not supposed to go through on the date that it was submitted to my bank.
