I have over the last 2 months tried to change a debit order date with ABSA personal loans, the call centre staff are the most unhelpful bunch of people that i have ever spoken to. Please can someone at absa please assist me, i am tired of dealing with incompetent call centre staff that have no idea how to speak to their clients. Your service needs to improve
