VERY BAD SERVICE OR NO SERVICE

Standard Bank has not refunded a R2000.00 payment that was reported immedciately that the "touch screen" error occurred and an incorrect benefiary was paid. They still, a month later have not resolved the problem and I have told me that my money is gone as they cannot reclaim the money from client at Capitec Bank who is a government employee with a regular salary paid into his Capitec Banking account. Which bank can be trusted with money matters lately?
